This is a well-known and ancient oil. Hawaiian Sandalwood is a unique and earthy oil. It’s great for meditation and is used for aromatherapy in yoga classes as well.
*Add to your shampoo or moisturizer to improve the look of your skin and hair.

*For an at-home spa experience, fill a large bowl with steaming water, then apply one to two drops of Sandalwood to your face and cover head with a towel. Place your face above the steaming water. Your skin will feel nourished and rejuvenated.
*Apply one to two drops to wet hair to help restore moisture and give hair a silky shine.
*Inhale Sandalwood directly from palms or diffuse to lessen tension and balance emotions.

I’m getting excited to share in an upcoming class how to cook with essential oils. In this video I’m showing a couple of ways I will be using these oils in my class Cooking with Essential Oils at my house. I’ll be serving gluten free pasta with a vegetarian tomato sauce plus Lemongrass and Rosemary hummus AND Cinnamon Brownies. But that’s not all! I have a few other nibbles to share which I will reveal in future videos.

This is one of my favorite blends. It reminds me of being in the forest and smelling spruce. As the name suggests, this is a Grounding oil – helping us to feel connected to the earth and to ourselves. This is beautiful aromatherapy!
Balance is made up of the following single oils: Spruce, Ho Wood, Blue Tansy, Frankincense, German (Blue) Chamomile and Fractionated Coconut Oil.
This blend works best on the bottoms of the feet. Put six drops on the bottoms of your feet. Put on heart, wrists, solar plexus from neck to thymus. To balance left and right brain, put on left fingers and rub on right temples or put on right fingers and rub on left temples or cross arms. Rub on reflex points on bottoms of the feet.
